I've always been farily skinny (just posted pics in picture forum) and I started working out consistently about 6 months ago, including around 3 days a week working on abs. I did them for about 4 straight months and it got a little more defined but I still really couldn't see them that much, and thats while watching what I ate the whole time. I started doing
weighted situps about a month ago and I can already tell a decent difference compared to doing non weighted ones. So basically to get that six pack showing is it alot more efficient to do weighted situps compared to non weighted ones?
