Welcome advice for my program


Chest:bench press
incline bench press
decline bench press
dumbbell bench press
Backull-up
barbell row
dumbbell row
deadlift
Biceps:barbell curl
dumbbell curl
hammer curl
Tricepsushdown
Legs:squat
Shoulders:floor press
lateral raise
front raise

More leg work. Front squats, leg curls, good mornings, stiff leg deadlifts... And use the space-bar so you don't inadvertently create smilies...

BigBiceps, maybe you want big biceps but your tricep is way bigger than your biceps so it needs more exercices. Add a couple for the triceps.

For triceps try French Press, Tricep Extensions, Close grip Bench Press, and Kick Backs.

Big triceps make your biceps look much bigger!! (They take up more of your arm)

Okay, what's a "French Press" and don't be rude now I have never heard of that, but I have probably seen and not known so can you alaborate a little for the old uninformed one

french press is when you have a barbell above your head and you let it go back till your arms are at 90 degrees and then push it up to the position you started at, or you could do skull crushers, where you lay on a bench with a curl bar and start in the position like you were gonna bench press it but instead lower your forearms untill the bar is almost touching your forehead then return to the starting position, or some like to go farther back, man i never realized how hard it is to explain a lift i hope that makes sense
