What injury does this sound like to you...

I hurt my shoulder last november and it's still bothering me, I can't even workout at all

Went to one Doc and she said it may be Bursitis, heal/stay off it etc... I pushed something last week and it got sore again. I think it's either Bursitis or SLAP, any recomendations from anyone on what to do, how to treat or to get Physical therapy for it? I have limited insurance so wasn't sure what to do?

*It's on the top of my left shoulder, I can rotate but it seems always sore

Thanks
Zeke

Funny that I should read this because that is precisely what happened to me the last two days. Most know that I've torn my shoulder years back and now contend with sporadic episodes of bursitis flare up. Sucks. Stay off doing anything substantial for a week, work on legs, thats my plan.

I may

I've tried to stay off it from any weights, (only worked out with weights 15 days maybe in 7 months) not good!

I have pain in most of my left arm.
I wear support when I bench and work my upper body.
I also had to face the fact that now is the time to lower the weights and up the reps.
(Getting older sucks LOL)
