Not really, it just seems that way right now at your age. It gets better later on. Hang in there and do the best you can with it. Grow huge slabs of muscle to get the appearance - then the ladies won't notice the acne so much. Control it the best you can with cleaning and diet.

Only if I let it. My acne has nothing to do with my intelligence nor who I am as a person. It has never really bothered me, I have never been teased or mocked because it, nothing. I don't care about my looks in that way. I can't change whether or not I get acne since it's most likely a hormonal thing, I can change if I have muscle or fat, which is why I hit the gym.

Maybe diet isn't what causes acne for everyone, but I think for some reason that it is the case the majority of the time. Minority of the time I believe it has something to do with genetics, because I know both parents on my side never had a bad case from what i've heard. So, when you swet out your pores its food coming out of it in my opinion. So, if you're eating **** than your body will be ****. But if you eat healthy, your body has no reason to breakout. I want someone to prove me wrong, someone find someone who eats healthy and breaks out bad. Do it, I bet you it's harder to find than you think. Doctors just like prescribing acne treatment so they can put money in there pockets, but the truth be said, water and healthy clean diet will help clear for looks most likely?

When I wrestled a few months ago I was at 182 lbs and ate nothing but good food. 5 solid meals a day. 3 with carbs, 2 without. Veggies in 3 of the meals and fruits in 3. I ate low saturated fats and had a lot of unsaturated fats and I had bad acne. Maybe im special though.

I don't have an answer to your acne problem because I don't have acne but I do have other issues that I'm insecure about as many people do. If I worried about what other people thought about me I would be miserable. I refuse to give people that kind of control over me. The important thing here is to not let other people determine how you feel about yourself. You are doing the best that you can and that's all you can do.

It works for me, but I have no idea if it works for everyone. They claim it works for 85% of people who use it and they offer a $ back gaurantee. I have no idea what percentage it actually works for.
And yes, it will bleach your towels and your pillowcase, so use old ones you don't care about or get white ones.

I wasn't a total pizza face, but I had it bad enough that i constantly had 4 or 5 pimples, sometimes big, painful ones. It's all better now, though! I'm really happy but proactiv is $$$. I've seen cheaper alternatives, but I'm scared to death to try it.
Another thing, it takes time and consistency to work. I couldn't wash my face one night (the day I had my LASIK) and that was a real setback. You have to use it morning and night every single day for it to work. Altough my skin got softer and smoother right away, it took some time to become really clear. And the products smell funny too.
