I've been
losing weight for the past 5-6 months and did a decent job of it. Now that I am to a good size, I have been wanting to get into
kung fu.
I have been lifting wrong I think, and I realize that, and I am ready to get on track. I have been lifting low reps with high weights, and while I am down to a good size of 136 at 5'7" (same has bruce less) I am still not that lean, my muscles aren't that hard, rather bulkier, and I am slower than ever in my movements, like when I tried kicking today, I was slow as crap.
any suggestions???
