What should I do?

Ok, I'm 5'5, 126 lbs.

Here's the thing, I think I'm a very easy weight gainer, I can get fat if I eat food that have fat for a couple of weeks, when I lift hard, my biceps grow...
When I stop, the VERY FASTLY start to get out of shape.

So it's very hard to be a bodybuilder like this, what should I eat?
Besides, I recently got a BIT of fat on my chest, guts, and obliques.

Could anybody tell me what should I do?

I'd like to know about your diet and if you don't have a diet then make that priority number one! Diet is so important when it comes to fitness, can't make the gains you need without a proper diet so post your diet and we can go from there.

Why would you want to stop?

You're weight is not that big of a problem. Being 5'5 and 126 is a bit underweight, but nothing major. The fat issue is another story. But its really hard to tell you exactly what you're doing wrong without knowing your diet and exercise plan. So I'll give you some general advice, which might be common sense, but what the hell:

If you're eating fat food stop, now.
Eat 6 small meals per day.
Have a protien shake before and after your workout.
Try to eat balanced meals (not all carbs, or all protien).

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.
