What to do in the cutting phase???

Hi, it's been awhile since I've asked any questions. Well, basically now I'm almost at the end now towards bulking, 2 more months and I'm going to start cutting in June for the entire summer. I just want to know how does the cutting phase work?? I've become experienced now when it comes to bulking in terms of nutrition and workout routines but I'm a noob at cutting. So can someone give me a few pointers?? how many meals should I be eating a day, should I still be eating more protein, what's my diet supposed to be like. Also should I continue using Max OT when cutting, would replacing the rep range of 4-6, with 8-10 be a good idea while keeping the rest of the workout routine the same?? and also do I continue going 5 days a week to the gym?? I'm at 205 right now and I want to go down to a solid 190..

Your workout should stay the same. Your diet should be almost the same but 100-200 calories less than maintenance. While cutting I usually remove ALL of the starchy carbs except on weight training days. Even then I'm careful about the quantitiy. Check these out.

ok but how many days a week should I be doing cardio if I'm cutting, cuz I know your supposed to do cardio twice a week when bulking?? and should I still be getting more protein intake and keep carbs & fat at a totally low intake in the diet? should I still stay in the 4-6 range of Max OT?

no matter what stick with the Max-OT(cutting or bulking) like Lady C says lower ur calorie intake, what is ur split right now with protein/carbs/fats. my suggestion is lower the fats/carbs. if you want add another cardio day but i dont think it would matter, adjusting ur diet is KEY to the cutting phase

Diet is key, but I reccommend uping the cardio to 4 or 5 times/week. If you can afford the time do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Be sure to do cardio AFTER weights.
