What To Take?

Well i'm 5'10 / 5'11 and 195 - 200 pounds. I don't work out that much maybe once a week if i'm lucky. But I want to get into it and get serious. I want a nice chest with decent arms see picture attached and linked..

I been going to the gym about 3 times a week for roughly 30 mins to a hour I was taking Nitrix. But didn't notice any change in my body after 2 months. Anyone got any ideas on how to get close to the picture? I have alittle beer belly and would love to get rid of that too.

Anadrol-50 I have heard alot about just wondering if this is a option.

My quick search about Anadrol-50 is that it is a steroid that would only be prescribed by a physician. Therefore, you should direct your question to your medical doctor for a safe answer.

Yes I know it's a steroid. I know a physician personally that I can get it from my question is... Is it worth taking to get shaped quickly?

Or anyone know something else I can try to get my body back in shape? I'm only 25

I've decided to close this thread knowing that the powers above me can open it if they decide to.

Feel free to ask a question about how hard training and healthy eating can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Have a great day!
