What would happen if.....

What would happen if I keep on lift weights, cardio and still maintain the same weight? I am trying to get that ripped look. Will I look more defined? Will I just gain strength? or Nothing?

Assuming that the weightlifting is a new stimulant for your body, you will lose fat and gain lean mass. So, yes, you will gain strength. By REALLY paying attention to what you feed your body, as you work those weights, you can make some very impressive physical changes.

To get ripped/defined your best bet is to lose weight (fat). Track what you eat and eat enough quality foods to support your lifting and cardio habits. If you provide just enough for your workouts, you should grow and get lean at the same time. It's extremely difficult to do both at the same time, although it is possible.
