When should i get back?

Last saterday over a week ago i started doing abs after lifting everything else for about a month and a half. I over did them and they got really soare and swollen a little. and i havent worked out since. I recently attempted a cruch and it feels like my abs are week, it doesnt hurt though. And i was wondering if i should just not left for anthor week completly, or just lift other body parts except for my abs and lower abs.

Thanks
Alex

Ok take it easy yes and also just make a schedule. Don't over do it. It is good to work it out but not too much. After working out very hard a long period of time you might not have been giving Your stomach enough time to recover. If you want to build your abs recovery , sleep , and diet are good. (not diet like healthy choice but watch what you eat, balanced)

Good Luck
