Which one of these 3 chest exercises should I drop?

I'm doing 3 exercises for chest right now, but I think it's too much for my muscles. I think I will burn my pecks. I'm thinking about dropping one. I'm doing flat barbel bench press, flat dumbel flies and incline dumbel bench press. Which one should I drop? I want to keep the ones the work the chest the most.

Also, I'm doing dumbel arm curls (sitting in a bench) for my biceps. But I would like to do one more exercise for biceps. What's another good one that maybe work a different part of the biceps?
Thanks

Unless your doing really high set or high rep stuff, I wouldn't worry about it. Three exercises are a perfectly resonable amount of exercise. I know some built guys who do 7 or 8.

Some types of curls i'd recommend...

Barbell Curl - mass
Preacher Curl - lower bicep
Concentration curls - Upper and outer
Hammer curls - wider biceps

Good luck

Thanks Gregon. About your curls recommendation, Isn't dumbel and barbel curls basically the same? You say Barbel for mass?
Also you say hammer curls for wider biceps, do you mean mass as well? I want to do more biceps exercise because I have thin arms by nature.

About chest, I was told to drop flies, since they do the same a barbel press, but press is better cause is compound.

Thanks.

How many sets of each exercise are you doing? I would not drop any of them as they are all effective. Could it be that you are performing too many sets of each?

P.S. Buda....you cannot add length to your biceps.
