I think im just gonna stick with bulking up I think I need more ideas for meals for 600-700 calories. Today I ate a bowl of oatmeal, yougart, and a bowl of apple sauce. Then lunch a tuna sandwich on whole wheat, a can of vegetable soup, glass of milk, and a
protein shake. Dinner turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomato and a little mayo. In between snack was a yougart and some nuts. Also for breakfast I had a glass of juice. (try not to drink to much of the sugary juice) Also I put some sugar on my oatmeal and some cereal to mix in (kix). Should I just use brown instead and honey? Thx for the help and I know it seems odd but thats just where my fat is but its all good I can deal with it.
