well ask yourself what your main goal(s) is/are...first off your 6'2" and 165lbs i can't see you as having "man boobs" or a really big belly. but if that is your main concern i would NOT stop going to the gym, hit the gym 3x/week and i would do cardio 3x/week also. i'm not sure how many calories you should eat but i would reccomend eating 6 smaller meals throughout the day as opposed to 3 bigger meals....well goodluck reaching your goals and let us know how you make out

At 6'2" and 165 lbs it is difficult to believe you have man boobs and a belly...you should actually be a bit too skinny in my mind...but you wourself need to make the decision on what is more important right now...If you want to look good for the summer months, like many people do....then you need to focus on diet and cardio...if you are more concerned about strength then focus on bulking up...Only you know what you want, you don't want a group like us deciding for you...

But at 165 lbs I doubt you have man boobs, you may not have bulging pecs...but I think you may be going a little hard on yourself....Just decide what is best for you and then DO IT....as for diet, if you want to lose weight seraph is right 5-6 smaller meals a day of between 300-400 calories....For bulking it is better to also eat 5-6 times a day probably 600-700 calories or maybe 3 smaller meals and 3 big meals....I love to eat and eat a lot so bulking is my favorite time...I am cutting now, and will do so until July...I am miserable, but it is worth it in the long run....So set a goal and reach it...just make sure your goal is realistic and you will succeed...Good Luck Buddy...

I think im just gonna stick with bulking up I think I need more ideas for meals for 600-700 calories. Today I ate a bowl of oatmeal, yougart, and a bowl of apple sauce. Then lunch a tuna sandwich on whole wheat, a can of vegetable soup, glass of milk, and a protein shake. Dinner turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomato and a little mayo. In between snack was a yougart and some nuts. Also for breakfast I had a glass of juice. (try not to drink to much of the sugary juice) Also I put some sugar on my oatmeal and some cereal to mix in (kix). Should I just use brown instead and honey? Thx for the help and I know it seems odd but thats just where my fat is but its all good I can deal with it.

Honestly when I am bulking I really don't even think about what I'm eating...I just eat when I'm hungry and I eat as much as I want....I know that isn't the best way to go...but it definitely worked with me....Just stay away from junk food and eat a ton of meat....WHen I was bulking up this past year I was eating wings like 1-2 times a week....it isn't healthy at all, but it got me huge....If you can stay on a healthier route good luck, but that is why I love to bulk up....I can eat hamburgers, wings and pizza without feeling too guilty...
