Why is it I can't move on?
I have another question for you guys cause you've been so good at answring my other ones :
I can presently curl 64 lbs, (barbel) so its 32lbs per arm. My problem is I keep on doing just 64, I cannot move on from that weight. I can do about 5 reps of it. But if I move on it gets way to heavy cause the next would be 74lbs since its a homeset barbell you can't increase by small increments.
I want to know why I can't move on? I've been curling 64 for such a long time now.. its irritating beacuse my muscle mass won't change. It just gets more and more defined. And im getting like muscle on the side of my bicep..its weird..lol

Well, option one is to go buy some plate mates.
Option two, increase the reps you do. Next time go for 6, then for 7, etc. Once you can make it to 12, go up to 74 lbs and do as many as you can - probably not anywhere near 12 - and start working your way up with reps again.

And eat more.
Sorry, it keeps coming back to that doesn't it.
The body will not grow if you don't feed it enough. It will actually consume itself - leaving you smaller and weaker.

protein good.
protein make muscle.
ugg.
lol - another thing to try: do five reps, but do them sloooooow - count to ten on the way up and on the way down, hold your form ultra-strict. do that once a week for three weeks, then see how many reps you can get at the higher weight. if you can do three or more, stay there.

How many sets do you do before your set with the weight you are stuck on and what bodyparts do you do before you do arms?

I don't warm up..hehe. So I start at that weight when I start my workout and I usually start with curling. So thats the fisrt muscle I'd work.
I just did 74 lbs 3 times. I mean good form 3 times. So I'll be doing that from now on.
BUt my left bicep is still alot smaller then my right

I would try Dumbells, should be able to lift more than 32lb per arm, and also try chinups if you have anything that allows you to do so, becuase if you are lifting yourself , you are doing your bodyweight/2 on each arm, so provided you are over 60kg (~140lb) thats already 30kg on each arm (70lb) which can give you the boost you may need. just an idea.

there's the first half of the cause of your problem: "I don't warm up"
here's the second half: "I usually start with curling".
first off, WARM UP. go to www.ast-ss.com and read week two of the MaxOT workout to learn how to do a proper warmup. a proper warmup is the foundation of a successful routine - mine takes about twenty minutes.
secondly, why would you start your workout with a small auxiliary muscle, thereby leaving it unable to support the larger muscles? start with the large compound moves first (squat, deadlift, bench press, etc), then work down to the small ones.
is it really big "biceps" you want, or is it big arms? if it's big arms, you realize biceps are only 30% of your upper arm mass? if you want impressive arms, you really oughta focus more on your triceps.

To clarify I do want big arms. And I do focus a lot on my trcieps as well. But you can still tell that one arm is smaller then the other.
Man warming up is a waste of time. I used to stretch as well, but I found out that its not really necessary. So I just go do my workout.
Yea I look at my workout and I just follow it down, I do biceps because like every other boy I want bigger biceps but when I look at my arm workout I usually start with biceps because its the one that will get tired the fastest. And the one that needs most of the work!
But I"ll take your word for it and I'll save the biceps for last. I'll do some warming up I guess. Thing is I don't really have time to workout sometimes I do it at 11pm. But.. yea.. I have school and a hard semester
