On your off days use it when you wake up, and lay off the whey unless you're doing strenuous activity or are mixing it with slower digesting foods. On an off day its better to rely on whole foods unless you plan on mixing the whey so it can stay in your system longer. With a little 100%
natural peanut butter, some oats, and some whey...you can make a nice
protein bar for a snack.
