Pina Colada Protein Shake Recipe

Today i tried something new (without alcohol of course since i aint 21 yet hehe, alcohol = bad)
1. 4 ounces pina colada mix
2. 8 ounces fat free milk
3. optional;1 ounce rum if you're old enough if you really want to add it in for taste, bad it tastes good without any alcohol.
4. normal serving for your protein (1 scoop usually)
5. 1/3 cup of yohgurt, 1/2 tastes fine 2
6. Half of a lemon, take out visible seeds
7. enough icecubes to occupy all of the liquid.

Enjoy

I don't know if i agree with that some alcohol does taste very good, especially mixed with something.

Thankfully, I can use freshdirect.com in my area. That site rules, and they have tons of organic / clean food.
