Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

So, since my recent visits to Jamba Juice, where I'll get the small blueberry yogurt smoothie, I've created my own, slightly healthier version, at home! Here it is...

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
3 oz. berry juice (I use cranberry-pomegranite, sp?)

Tastes really good! Numbers are actually really good, too! Usually a morning or workout-day meal.

if it tastes good thats cool but i personaly wouldn't mix fruit with dary because dairy takes alot longer to digest and could end up curdleing witch is generaly why you wouldn't drnk a glass of milk and follow that with a glass of orange juice. for me it would probably lead to indegestion and gas but if you don't notice anything bad like that happening to you its definatly a good source of protine.
