This is my breakfast most mornings (with a few pieces of vegemite on toast

Ingredients
2 cup Milk
1 cup Fruit Yoghurt (I like strawberry)
1 1/2 cup frozen four berry mix (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and blackberry ... I think)
2-4 egg whites
1 banana
30g
protein powder
2 tbsp chocolate drinking powder
To prepare
Blend all of the above until smooth and ready to drink.
A word to the wise - this beast packs almost 800cals (full cream milk and regular yoghurt) and is not exactly a healthy alternative to a cooked breakfast (it makes almost a liter of liquid; takes a bit of wading through first thing in the morning

).
Tweak the fruits/mixers to suit, I personally enjoy the tropical/choc flavour clash but it's not everyone's cup of tea I know, experiment and see what you like.
Drop the eggs if you're not keen on them, they're really just there for the protein, they add no taste value.
