French salad from Provence
This recipe is from my grandma, so exact amounts aren't specified.
Lettuce (I'm lazy, so I used prewashed, bagged Fresh Express Triple Hearts mix. You want something crunchy.)
Tomato slices (I used Campari. You can use whatever you want but use something fairly firm, and not too juicy)
Avocado, sliced
parmasean cheese (I used the grated kind because it has a stronger flavor, but you could use shredded)
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
If you make more than you can eat in one sitting, just put the olive oil and lemon juice in your individual bowl. It'll make the lettuce soggy if there's leftovers. Also, the avocado may turn a bit brown by the next day, but it still tastes the same.
