Healthy French Toast

I had been working on a healthy recipe for french toast and I came accross one that I modified to make it healthy. I had these this morning and they are AWSOME!

French Toast (4 Servings/Slices)

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon whole wheat flour
1/3 cup milk
1 egg white
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon splenda
4 slices bread

Directions:
Measure flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk. Whisk in the egg white, cinnamon, vanilla extract and splenda until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.

Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on each side until golden brown. Serve hot.

Nutritional Breakdown:
Using Lactaid Fat Free Milk and Ezeckiel 4:9 Bread

Per Slice: Fat - .5g, Carb – 19g, Fiber – 3g, Pro – 6g
