Here's a good snack!


.5 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
.5 cup raw oat meal
.5 cup frozen fruit

Let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours before eating ... not bad!

Sounds great...I already like to mix granola and yogurt, so I'm sure I'd like this too.
