Whole Wheat Pita Pizzas
1 6 inch ww pita spread with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 rounded tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
spread over sauce
1 cooked turkey sausage patty (I posted recipe), crumbled over cc
sprinkle with red pepper
flakes if desired
Bake at 475 degrees on cookie sheet for 9 minutes.
You can have pizza often and the cottage cheese, as weird as it sounds, gets creamy and delicious.
