chicken tenders/nuggets

Here's a fast, healthy, delicious way of making chicken tenders..

Cut up chicken breast into tender size pieces

Dip in plain lowfat/nonfat yogurt

Dip in breadcrumbs or as a substitute farfalle (spelled wrong?)

Lay on a nonstick baking pan.. for crispier tenders, coat bottom of pan w/ olive oil..

Bake at 400 degrees.. 6-10 min each side..

I find the smaller the pieces of chicken and the longer you keep in the oven, the more crunchy they are.. also, make sure you odjn't use too much yogurt before dipping in the bread crumbs..
