Texas Two-Step Chicken Picante
Prep/Cook Time : 25 min.
4 boneless chicken
1 1/2 cups Pace Picante Sauce (or whatever you like)
3 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard (can leave out)
3 cups hot cooked rice
PLACE chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce,
sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
