Made this tonight was very good.
Turkey Goulash:
8oz Egg noodles (no yokes because their lower in fat)
1 onion chopped
1 red
bell pepper sliced
1 zucchini sliced
1lb lean ground turkey
2 cups tomatoe sauce
2 tbsp basil
1. Heat up a pot with water and boil noodles
2. lighly spray a pan with some pam, saute onions for a few minutes, then throw in sliced bell pepper for a few minutes, then throw in sliced zucchini for a few minutes then empty pan into a plate .
3. saute turkey meat, then throw vegetables back in
4. add tomatoe sauce and fresh basil
get whatever portion of noodles and goulash that meet your macronutrient requirements..

Had fun with with one, it only took 30 minutes to prepare plus I have leftovers.
