100% whole wheat tortillas
Take your leftover turkey and shred finely. Rinse under cool water and pat dry.
Place turkey in a saucepan. Add your favorite barbeque sauce and a few drops of lemon juice. Heat on medium heat, stirring occassionally, until heated through. Simmer on low until thoroughly heated. I simmer mine for about 20 minutes.
Heat your tortilla in a microwave for 10-15 seconds. Wrap your turkey in the tortilla and enjoy!
