Sillyme's Super Fast Chili

Health and Tasty Recipe
Sillyme's Super Fast Chili (for the cooking impaired)

Heat the following in a small pot
1 can low sodium diced tomatos
1 can low sodium black beans (be sure to buy the kind with no sugar or additives)
cumin to taste (buy it from the mexican spice section, it's stronger)
chili powder to taste
a dash of salt

If you like it spicy throw in some hot sauce to taste - I use the smokin' azz fire sauce from Lousianna - it's pure hotness without any distracting flavor

If you are not crazy about tomatos add half the can of toms instead of a full can. If you want something more hardy, throw in some leftover hamburger meat.

Healthy, tasty and takes under 5 minutes to make. It's one of my favorite snacks.
