Sitr Fry Magic

I've just rediscovered the beauty of stir-fry.

I bought a bottle of 'classis asian stir fry sauce' at the grocery store and have been using it like crazy.

Took some leftover shrimp and steak, sliced it, threw in some frozen veggies, stir fried over oil and with the sauce, then served over rice noodles. Rice noodle cook in just a few minutes!

Another good one:
Leftover terriaki chicken and veggies stir fried then served over rice noodles.

Terriaki chicken is easy to make. Just throw a few chicken breasts into a covered backing dish, with some terriaki sauce. Cook.

Stir fry is a quick, easy way to repupurpose your leftovers to a healthy eating.
