Watch out with the sodium levels in some banana chips!

I like plain popcorn . Crunchy and satisfies my "need" to much sometimes.

-Apples
-La Tortilla Factory Garlic & Herb Tortillas [8 grams of fiber, woo hoo!]
-Ak Mak
-Ryvita Flavorful Fiber Crisps
-Dry Roasted Peanuts [still in shell]
-Genisoy's Soy Crisps [The Ranch & Rich Cheddar flavors are awesome]
-Vita Spelt Sourdough Pretzels [3 grams of fiber per 5 pretzels- more fiber than what most pretzels have]
-Fudgsicle's No Sugar Added Fudgsicles- 45 calories each and good for an occasional treat/chocolate craving
-Adam's Crunchy Natural PB
-Tuna [just throw some fat free salad dressing in, mix up, and voila]

I love banana chips and apple chips, but they usualy have lots of bad stuff in them, so I bought a food dehydrator and I now make my own!

FRUIT!!

Fruit is a perfect snack. Cheap, easy to get, easy to carry, nothing to cook or make, and chock full if nutrients =)
