The Ultimate Bulking Meal

Ingredients per serving:
1/2 cup seven grain serial (the kind you find in the bulk section in most grossery stores), 3/4 cups plain high fat yogurt, 1 tablespoon flax or cod oil, 1 apple, 1/4 cup almonds and protien powder of your choice (your probably going to want a vanilla flavor though).

Derections:

1. To cook seven grain serial, add 1 cup of water to a small pot, bring water to a boil, add 1/2cup seven grain serial, put a lid on the pot and let simmer over low heat for 20-30minutes. (basicly the same thing as cooking rice)

2. Mix protien powder, yogurt, flax oil in a seperat bowl to avoid clumping and then add to your finished serial.

3. Cut 1 apple into cubes and add.

4. grind 1/4 cup of almonds into powder and add. (Coffie grinder works great if you have nothing ellse, just be sure its clean..)

Lots of protien, both complex and basic carbohydrates, lots of healthy fat and about 600-700 cals per serving. this is one of my favorit breakfasts so please let me know what you think!

Yeah, that sounds nice and balanced. I bet peaches would be good in there too, or maybe some raisins and bananas.
