That might work. Simply compare the appropriate values against the alternatives.

What are you looking for in a bar, # of Calories, protien, etc? @ 240 calories, only 10 grams of protein is not much. Also a lot of sugar.

I usually eat detour bars 300-350 calories and approx 30 grams of protein. You can find them on sale usually for 19.99. There is a place by me where they are on sale now..

Thanks I will check them out more thoroughly. I think I have passed them in the sore before and they looked yummy

.....these bars are def alittle pricey. I did find one site where I can get for 25 per box.

I def don't think I would like the taste too much.......

those bars look really good sarah, when I move to the US i plan to go to Whole foods and try them out! I am not willing to pay 25$ for shipping
