1 short question to Cursor

Hi Cursor ! just wanna know, about Myoplex Deluxe : is there any fat burner in it, or something that could prevent from sleeping ? The girl in my supplements store can't answer the question ! I'm tempted with Myoplex Deluxe (I use basic one) but want to make sure it doesn't contain fat burner, which I know ruins my sleeping pattern.
By the way, I posted in Body for Life thread : am I right in the answer I gave ? I usually post to ask something, and feel not too secure as for replying (I'm still a roockie !) and I don't want to say anything wrong !!!!

Supply me with a link to what you said, Lovely. As far as I know, there are no fat-burners in Myoplex Deluxe.

Working out late at night makes cortisol. It's nearly impossible for me to sleep with any cortisol floating around. Ask Lee, he will concur. Shake shouldn't have anything to do with it.

I went to the store today, and met another salesman who seems hotter in supplements, who said that CitriMax (garcinia cambogia) is a fat burner.
But today I could buy one sachet of Myoplex Deluxe (they just had the big box the other day, so expensive I didin't want to buy it in case I couln't stand it). I will give it a go (I will wait the end of full moon, coz this too prevents me from sleeping, as fat burners do, so I couldn't know what ruined my night...) and in one week I'll post my Myoplex Deluxe experience ! if someone wants to know about it

Hell yes I do, god damn cortisol....I dont just find it near impossible, I find it absoloutly impossible.....as Fudo said can't see why the shake would have anything to do with it.... or indeed why the shake would contain a fat burner anyway

P.S ... Nice Avatar Fudo

My ex and ex-beloved PT told me once I couldn't sleep coz I ate a shake with a fat-burner (but can't remember the name) and that it acted like "speed", that was the problem. Anyway I tasted Myoplex Deluxe this morning, and found it poxy. Myoplex basic tastes so great, how Myoplex Deluxe can be so disgusting (IMO)? I won't have it anymore, so no more problem with what's inside ! I'll stick to the old one, soooooo delicious ! (tastes like custard init ?)

I never have an MRP all by itself ... I aways doctor it for flavor. "Health food" rarely taste good all by itself. Creativity and experimentation fixes that problem.

Bro you say you haven't been able to for a long time? If this is not because of personal relationship or other problems troubling your mind it could be something serious.... it depends how long you mean by a long time though. Last year I had some real bad relationship problems I posted once about it on here a long long time ago, and I remember one thing out of everything I couldn't sleep for months on end and when I did I was not good sleep. I had to learn how to blank my mind before sleep and try to calm myself It is one of the most awful things inthe world being deprived of sleep.

Tried a little Melatonin?

Extended release are nice.

It's a brain thing, so more isn't better. 1-3 mg is what most people take. More will shut off your natural production, and wake you up at 2am.

Ca is supposed to help too, but I fall asleep pretty easily. 1,000 mg.

NyQuil would be a great habbit not to have.
