10 Good Foods and 10 Bad Foods!

I MADE THIS GUIDE BECAUSE I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE FEEL HEALTHY

10 Great types of Food to Eat! - And 10 Not-so-hot foods to eat!

The following is my opinion - A list of healthy foods that I eat and feel great
OK, This is from personal experiance based from how I feel eating these foods! Take it how you

want it!

REMEBER Healthier Food on a consistent basis costs MORE money than non healthy foods - Your

Health is more important that money!

All my info might not be perfect but I feel healthy so Its close enough in my mind

{{{{{{GOOOD FOOODS}}}}}}}
1. ---- Rice Noodles ---- (Im very allergic to wheat,(as you probably know pasta is wheat) but

the average person's body does not handle large amounts of wheat well)
Rice is Great for your body! Now what Kind of rice to buy? Look for Rice advertised as Natural

Rice!

2. ---- Rice Milk OR Soy Milk ---- (The reason why these are good is because Regular Milk 1%

or 2% is from cows that are fed hormones! This is not good for the cow! And in the Fermination

there is certain chemicals added to the milk!)

3. ---- Ground TURKEY meat ---- (Now Turkey is preferably better than steak because "E Coli"

disease is more prominent in cows that chickens/turkeys. In other words always pick chicken

over steak (Steak is good sometimes but not when your eating it and only it! Spread your diet

out while staying in the healthy food category)

4. ---- Natural Grown Vegitables And Fruits ---- (Now Natural Grown is always better!

Pesticides Can cause many different kinds of sicknesses! its not only deadly to bugs! Natural

Grown is the original way, Native Americans did not get sick as much as we do! In the last 30

Years the disease rate in america doubled) Chances are your local grocery store does not carry

natural grown vegitables, but yet there are places to go, In arizona I know they have Hi

Health, Sprouts, Apples Health Food, and Many stores where you can purchase natural growns)

5. ---- Sprouted Wheat Bread ---- (Ok, do you get wheat bread instead of white bread from the

store? Good thinking! Wheat Bread Is indeed better than white bread because they use chemicals

to die the bread white! But there is another alternative Sprouted Wheat Bread cuts out more

Bad Wheats from your diet! Look for Sprouted Wheat bread are your local shopping facility)

6. ---- Black Beans ---- (Ok for one The cans of refried beans have lard in them - thats a

no-no on the list of healthy foods! Black Beans are a great choice - also dont get pork and

beans...Pork is very bad I have been without it for over 6 years now, when I eat it I get sick

- dont put it in your body. Pork will be discussed on the 10 Bad foods Section)

7. ---- Corn, Corn and Corn ---- (Corn is a very healthy food. Once again Try your best to get

naturally grown corn! - Native Americans ate this all the time which contributed to thier

health in a positive way)

8. ---- Trail Mix ---- (Those of you who dont know what Trail Mix it is -nuts, dried fruits,

and some times contains m&m's and other various candies. Nuts are great for your diet! Try to

eat nuts that are less salted, and once again fruit- dried fruit is great)

9. ---- PopCorn ---- (Popcorn is a great source of fiber to have a good amount of fiber in

your body fit in about a cup of popcorn daily (remember if you cant achieve that any amount

even miniscule counts!)

10. ---- Seeds Nuts ---- (The type of stuff you might find in a convention bag of bird food -

sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, pumkin seeds, nuts, ect. You get the point - Im nuts for

eating Nuts -

Ok These are some of the foods In my opinion I consider BAD

Now a general rule of thumb is - Any food that you think of as [if I eat too much of this I

run the risk of getting sick] Those are generally the bad foods -Fast food Fried Food Sugars

Candy you get the point! trust your mind

{{{{{{BAD FOOODS}}}}}}

1. ---- Pork PORK ---- (Pork is so unhealthy - pork comes from cramped pigs side to side in

stables living amongst other dead comrades, urine dripping from the next shelf of suffuring

pigs and DISEASE - Im not trying to sound like an aminal rights activist - my point is pigs

get parasites and I dont care how much cleaning the meat goes threw there are going to be

parasites living in a good amount of it, If you eat pork your whole life you are going to get

some type of parasite) Just take a look at pork - Does it look as clean, pork is just gross in

my oppinion, turkey is alot cleaner looking - just as homecooked natural beef looks better

than a Burger King bigmac might look.

2. ---- Fast Food [of course] - Well you probably know that fast food is bad for you already

because of the oils and quality of the food and atmosphere that its cooked in right? well your

right on the spot!

3. ---- Wheat ---- (Wheat needs to be in your diet but not in excess! - from my understanding

when you eat wheat it turns to yeast and yeast can turn to sugar - sugar = bad. Wheat can also

be bad because it comes with chemicals like in white bread

4. ---- Advertised as Diet! ---- (OK Do yourself a Favor {{DONT EVER BUY FOODS THAT SAY DIET}}

most of all foods that say diet have NUTRASWEET which in ASPARTAME
Here is an excerpt from 321recipes.com

"The multi-billion dollar aspartame industry would like you believe that "aspartame kills" is

an "urban legend" and that you'd have to drink 100 cans of diet soda a day to be harmed by

aspartame. This is just simply not true. Their main claim is that the 3 components of

aspartame are found in many natural foods and are therefore safe. This is kind of like saying

carbon monoxide is safe because all it contains is carbon & oxygen, the same components of

carbon dioxide."

Thank you www.321recipes.com

@@PULLED THIS OFF Environment, Health and Safety Online - www.ehso.com @@

"Symptoms of claimed aspartame poisoning include:

@@WEIGHT GAIN@@, Headaches/Migraines, Dizziness, Seizures, Nausea, Numbness, Muscle spasms,

Rashes, Depression, Fatigue, Irritability, Tachycardia, Insomnia, Vision Problems, Hearing

Loss, Heart palpitations, Breathing difficulties, Anxiety attacks, Slurred Speech, Loss of

taste, Tinnitus, Vertigo, Memory loss, Joint Pain"

Ok aspartame makes you gain weight and its diet food!

Diet Foods contain Aspartame - Please do your body a favor and dont use it!

5. ---- Cookies Donuts Cake and whatnot ---- (ok feel free to eat these sometimes but not alot

im talking 1 small cookie a day - I have cut these foods from my diet for years and now I dont

get cravings like at first when I see a Cake I see myself sick and nauseous! Work towards that

it is indeed hard when everyone else is eating that but when you finally relize that when you

eat these foods in excess they are going to effect your body in a negative way.

6. ---- Bad Oils/Fried Food ---- (IN EXCESS - too much of this is bad)

7. ---- Salt in excess ---- (Too much salt is bad as you probably know - overtime your

arteries can get cloged and your chances for having a heart attack or seizure skyrocket flew

the roof. Your Body is a temple, Dont litter it

8. ---- Less than 100% juice ---- (Dont get juices with artificial sweetner and dyes because

it turns out that the reason you bought the juice, for the actually particles from the plant,

is gone. Natural is the way to go, Always. - Just dont use 100% juice as a substitute for

water. The reason why there is life on earth is because WATER - WATER suports all life, no

exceptions - When I see the gatorade commercials I laugh, there is no substitute for water. Of

course they are going to make it sound like the greatest product in the world! they are paying

by the thousands each second to brodcast this commericial!

9. ---- Salmon ---- (as in fish - natural salmon is hard to come by - salmon grown on a farm

contain mercury (mercury was banned in the 1970's because it causes Brain Neuron Degeneration

which is bad if you want to know more do a google search. Mercury can be deadly to us, and the

levels in fish (mainly salmon) is growing over the past few years

10. ---- Lastly, Dont trust advertisements on food products - I was getting some tooth past

and it was a 10 ouce bottle it said in big letters "66% MORE BIGGER THAN 8 OUNCE" do the math

its wrong I dont know how this false advertising goes unnoticed by most (by the way Flouride

is bad buy toothpaste without flouride) Common misconceptions like these are why people dont

notice that thier buying a diet soda that contains nutrasweet that can cause weight gain!

hmmm, yeah, right, gonna have to disagree with some of that. First of all, all your talk of hormones, completely negligible if you know what to shop for. Not all beef and milk products contain steroids and antibiotics(you forgot that point), try your local whole foods/wild oats/other "hippy" market. Second, soy milk? no, i'll pass, and i don't want to get into the reasons, someone else probably will. Your comments on pork, lol, ALL ANIMALS ARE TREATED LIKE THAT! Cows, chickens, turkeys, pigs are all living in their own filth and waste on some farms, that's why they're given gross amounts of antibiotics so they don't get sick, which is not good for the meat but also is causing quicker adaptations of certain bacteria to resist our antibiotics. You obviously missed the propaganda on all species except for pigs. Saying that they're "gross" is not a good argument. Go to your local natural market and buy free range, natural meat, problem solved. Cook pork completely and any parasite willl die, problem solved. And as for salmon, i believe you have your facts mixed up, wild deep water salmon is going to have mercury, as will any high on the food chain deep water fish, it's not only in salmon. It's because of waste dumping into the ocean, i would think farmed salmon would be free of mercury, as all it's given to eat is grain, which is why farmed salmon lacks much of the excellent fatty acids that it's praised for.

I think you need to do more research on your list, and give more concrete backings to why you choose such foods, other than that pigs are gross. I don't mean to sound like a jackass, but if you're going to post up a list in such a fashion, you should make it a little more in depth

Other peoples Views on Pork

I found this on a website

If you pours Coke (yes, the soda) on a slab of pork, wait a little while, you will SEE WORMS crawl out of it.

A message from the Health Corporation of Singapore about the Bad effects of pork consumption. Pig's bodies contain MANY TOXINS, WORMS and LATENT DISEASES.

Although some of these infestations are harboured in other animals, modern veterinarians say that pigs are far MORE PREDISPOSED to these illnesses than other animals. This could be because PIGS like to SCAVENGE and will eat ANY kind of food, INCLUDING dead insects, worms, rotting carcasses, excreta including their own, garbage, and other pigs. INFLUENZA (flu) is one of the MOST famous illnesses which pigs share with humans. This illness is haboured in the LUNGS of pigs during the summer months and tends to affect pigs and human in the cooler months.

Sausage contains bits of pigs' lungs, so those who EAT pork sausage tend to SUFFER MORE during EPIDEMICS of INFLUENZA. Pig meat contains EXCESSIVE quantities of HISTAMINE and IMIDAZOLE compounds, which can lead to ITCHING and INFLAMMATION; GROWTH HORMONE which PROMOTES INFLAMMATION and growth; sulphur containing mesenchymal mucus which leads to SWELLING and deposits of MUCUS in tendons and cartilage, resulting in ATHRITIS, RHEUMATISM, etc.

Sulphur helps cause FIRM human tendons and ligaments to be replaced by the pig's soft mesenchymal tissues, and degeneration of human cartilage.

Eating pork can also lead to GALLSTONES and OBESITY, probably due to its HIGH CHOLESTEROL and SATURATED FAT content. The pig is the MAIN CARRIER of the TAENIE SOLIUM WORM, which is found in its flesh. These tapeworms are found in human intestines with greater frequency in nations where pigs are eaten. This type of tapeworm can pass through the intestines and affect many other organs, and is incurable once it reaches beyond a certain stage. One in six people in the US and Canada has TRICHINOSIS from eating trichina worms, which are found in pork.

Many people have NO SYMPTOMS to warm them of this, and when they do, they resemble symptoms of many other illnesses. These worms are NOT noticed during meat inspections.

Find me someone who doesnt think 6 foot long tape worms latched to your intestines feeded on your own feces and often passed during bowl movements is gross

One more insightful thing about pigs

The pigs genetic code is the closest to humans so MOST human bound diseases will come from pigs

Bacteria/Viruses need to be a certain shape to invade our cells the shape of the pigs and humans are most similiar

So as you can guess diseases will transport from pigs to humans alot more easily than from a dog to a human

Since pigs do have alot of diseases which you can easily find by doing a google search on "pork" humans should not be eating pork

salmon

you are right about salmon

farm fed salmon do not have as much mercury if not any

but they do have large amount of PCB's Polychlorinated biphenyls

which once again is bad for humans

plain fact I found the same statistic on 3 different sites

One in six people in the US and Canada has TRICHINOSIS from eating trichina worms, which are found in pork.

Once again are the members of this site limited to the USA?

10 top reasons not to eat pork

1 Pork or pig, all its parts and by-products, The pig was not made for human consumption. The pig is the chief cause of many of the ills and mental deficiencies occurring among the people who eat it.

2 The pig is a mass of worms. Each mouthful you eat is not a nutritious food but a mass of small worms the naked eye cannot detect. Worms thrive in the hog. When these worms are digested into your system, they cause a high birth rate to hundreds of new worms called larvae which travels the blood stream of your system and lodge in your muscles. These worms even enter your brain, lungs or your spinal fluid. They cause muscular aches, fever and many other symptoms of sickness. The worm has an amazing ability to go undetected in your system for many years.

3 The scientific name for the ill-causing worm found in all pork is Trichinella spiralis which causes trichinosis.

4 Despite what veterinarians, public health officials, the Agricultural Department or your doctor say, the best defense against the pig is DO NOT EAT IT! When you do eat it, you do not hurt God, His Messenger, the Muslim or anyone else. You hurt yourself.

5 Thorough and slow cooking of pork does not remove the danger of the worms found in all pork. Additional cooking of pork purchased in the summer or processed pork products does not make the worm-infested pork safe for eating.

6 Inspection and governmental seals on pork do not remove the danger of the worms yet in the pork to make it safe for you to eat.

7 Some say never taste raw sausage or any raw pork. It is best not to eat pork, raw, processed, cooked, smoked, cured, or seasoned.

8 You are what you eat, so why not eat the best and be the best. Do not allow this rotten, diseased meat to be sold in your neighborhoods or brought into your homes.

9 Pork is often referred to as "cured." The world "cured" is the past tense of the verb "cure." If a meat has to be cured before we eat it, we should not even take the chance to eat it.

10 In the Bible and the Holy Qur-an, it is the Divine will of God that the pig should not be eaten and God has never changed this instruction, despite the white man’s setting up governmental bureaus to grade and approve the selling of pork.

Curing, when used in context with food, means salting, smoking, or aging.

Idiot.

You know what i want to see? I want to see a comparison of the amount of pork consumed in this country vs. the number of cases in which people actually had to be treated for worms specifically caused by pork consumption. I've eaten pork my entire life, and i'm in excellent health. I'd say in the last 2 years i've eaten pork about once per week, and in this time have fell under illness 1 time, and it's because i live with a number of roommates.

Head of the household gets 25, plus 10 more for everybody living with you. Therefore, I get 55. (Myself - my wife - our son - one in the oven)

I agree, salmon rules. It's infinitely tastier than tuna, and full of omega 3's.

go

Thank you for sharing your views on pork and other foods as this is a Diet and nutrition forum.

But the plain fact is Americans are more likely to be obese than any other nation in the world and that it because we eat foods like McDonalds, pork, sugar, candy.

Just because the FDA says "Oh, Wow pork is the best you can eat it had protein!"

Of course they are going to advertise thier product as fantastic (and not advertising any ill effects of pork)

FDA - Food and Drug Aministration - that is FOOD and DRUG

Now if you put food on the shelves that made people get

SICKER
and
OBESE

so they come back for more medicine/antibiotics and food, well your going to make alot more money

over the last decade more than a dozen scientific studies have shown that some food producers do add ingredients that are addictive so you will come back for more, thus the food producers make more money.

Now in japan are people obese? Tell me in Japan do people eat pork on a regular basis? Does over 70% of the population dine at fast food restuarants?
Do the Japanese consume large amounts of sugar like the Americans do?

you cant argue with facts
