Can anybody who is bulking on a 4,000 or more calorie a day plan or anyone who knows about it post a 5-6 meal plan for a day?

Here is a great article from Sports Nutrition that was written by a football coach. It gives reasons WHY a person would have trouble gaining weight (providing all is right in the health department) as well as a diet over 4000 calories. Great read. Just click on "Cancel" when it asks you to log in.
