Ok next monday i am going grocery shopping and i want to whatever i need to start building more muscle. i work out and eat halfway decent but im looking for more tone in the abs section so want to know exactly what I need to get. Links or help would be appreciated.

Also, eat for your activity. If you are more active one day than you are another, then don't eat the same diet at the same times each day, because your needs on each day are different.
