A big question

Okay so I thoguht I had the whole diet thing worked out but apparently I havent. I was eating much too little. I'm cutting by the way. I want about 2000 caleries total with a calerie distribution like this:

Meal 1- 500 caleries
WORKOUT
Meal 2- 512 caleries (I used one of cursors recipes with 512 cals)
Meal 3- 400 caleries
Meal 4- 300 caleries
Meal 5- 200 caleries

Okay so its more like 1900 cals. but thats okay. My big question is that I do not know what I should fill each meal with (besides meal 2). I have tried to make a plan like this countless of times and failed each time. I know about the whole carb. manipulation...

1 - high
>...workout
2 - high (& hiGI)
3 - moderate
4 - moderate
5 - low & fibrous

...but the problem is, I dont know how many carbs "low" or "moderate" is.

Also I dont know how much protein i should consume per meal. I know for Meal 2 that it has about 30% protein, 65% carbs, and 3% fat so I'm assuming that Meal 1 (pre-workout) will be about the same. It's the last three meals that confuse me. If anyone could help give me meal ideas for Meal 1, 3, 4, and 5, I would be eternaly grateful This nutrician stuff is really confusing to me.

Just something I better add before you respond:

Foods That Make me sick

*Eggs
*Oatmeal
*Tuna (other fish is fine with me)

Thanks for reading this whole thing! I have searched the forum alot btw, I jsut havenbt found what I needed

btw this is the shake I'm using for meal 2:

shake -- strawberry, banana & applesauce
kick-butt (I mean kick-'taste-buds') flavor
09p 03c 01f - (0.33 cu) cottage cheese (low-fat)
04p 06c 00f - (0.33 cu) yogurt, plain (non-fat)
01p 16c 00f - (2.50 oz) banana (about 1/2 a whole banana)
03p 20c 01f - (10 oz) strawberries (frozen)
00p 32c 00f - (1 cu) applesauce
22p 02c 02f - (1 sc) optimum nutrition 100% whey
39p 80c 04f = 512 total calories

It's a relative amount 'moderate' is more than 'low' but less than 'high'. The actual number of grams will depend on your target caloric intake for the day.
