a DAY iN MY DIET

BREAKFAST
cream of wheat plain packet 90 cal
SNACK
cup of assorted nuts 150 cal
LUNCH
lean cuisine ranign for 220- 300 cal
SNACK
some type of fruit or veggie(ie cucumber tomatoe tuna apple orange banana letuce wrap)
DINNER
either a salad with little dressing
or protein source like chicken, salmon, with veggies

that is an example of a good day for me ... what i do not eat at alll are fries chips cookies ice cream.... junk food mainly once in a great while i have some ice cream but would rather have jamba juice. i drink mainly water and tea i drink a diet coke like twice a month even if that...
and once in a while when we have some good protein shake mix i have some of that...

i am now going to do at least an hour of some type of evercize like biking brisk walking for an hour or going to the school and doing jog walk exercizes... and i now am making new goals in cardio exercise ie doing tricky jumps on the ropes.. and perfecting them...

my overall goal is to lose weight and tone my body

so there it is please critique it as you need... thanx

You might find it to be a very valuable experience to actually look-up nutritional values for all of the foods you've listed. That way you'll be able to get a true handle on exactly what you're ingesting.

Note:Nutrient Database Search :: What's in my food?
