A friend.

Seriously i have a friend who needs to gain weight. He burns it off way too quick. He is 56-57 KG. He really wants to add weight. He drank protein shakes twice or once a day for 2 weeks and he lost 1kg. Does anyone know a way for him to gain weight?

He needs more than protein shakes, 6 meals a day focusing on calorie dense foods such as peanut butter and olive oil lots of pasta oats fruit veg and meats. Anything like me he will need about 4000 cals a day to get weight with a weights workout of HIT 4 times a week no more than 50 minutes. I started on 56kgs at approx 6 foot Its a slow process but Im 82 kgs now 3 years later I'm actually happy to wear a t shirt instead of avoiding them like a plague.
