A good bulking diet?

I weigh 170 and my height is 5'10 anyone have any good bulking diets? Plus does anyone know what foods I should eat due to the fact I have recently screwed my body up and can't work out for about a week. I over-trained yet again, damn I hate myself.

Any quality food is a good bulking product. Just make good food selections, eat 10% more than you have been, work out on a regular schedule, lift heavy, and monitor your progress. If you're not growing, then bump you're intake another 5% and keep working out with intensity and regularity.
