A Good or Bad Eat???

Ok i just had a stuffed chicken breast...and these are its specs..

360 Calories
20g fat
14g carbs
30g protein

Now is this something bad to eat or is a good meal...i was wondering cause it doesnt have a lot of carbs but it has alot of protein...but then again it also has a lot of fat....so in ur opinion, good or bad??

Fat content seem a bit on the high side if you ask me. My guess is that it was cooked in some sort of oil or the breading caused a spike in fat.

I like the carbs and protein just cut down the fat a tad

cheers

What kind of fat is it, if your diet lacks in fat like man this would be an awsome dish if the fat was mostly unsaturated.

7g of saturated is too much for one meal (I get maybe 15g in an entire day)

Chicken breast sounds good but the "stuffed" part sounds bad. Thats probally where most of your fat is coming from. 7g is a heck of alot. I dont even eat 7g of saturated fat during my entire day. Take the stuffing out and you will be ready to go, probally.
