ok, what exactly comes out in our waste...i just want to know. if i eat like a
chicken breast, which is just about
pure protein, my body needs that, so would there be waste from a chicken breast? is it bad to not be regular, even with moderate-to high amounts of fiber in the diet? does that mean, your body is using most of what you eat and theres less waste? i know food is the bodies energy(gasoline), and then theres the waste(smoke), but yeah....im pretty sure you get the idea of what im asking. also, random question. why is corn in the craP? sorry to be so blunt, but if you eat corn does that mean you dont take in those calories?
good luck, any thoughts appreciated
