a question about...waste

ok, what exactly comes out in our waste...i just want to know. if i eat like a chicken breast, which is just about pure protein, my body needs that, so would there be waste from a chicken breast? is it bad to not be regular, even with moderate-to high amounts of fiber in the diet? does that mean, your body is using most of what you eat and theres less waste? i know food is the bodies energy(gasoline), and then theres the waste(smoke), but yeah....im pretty sure you get the idea of what im asking. also, random question. why is corn in the craP? sorry to be so blunt, but if you eat corn does that mean you dont take in those calories?

good luck, any thoughts appreciated :

The corn shell is insoluble fiber. That is why you see it

Everyone is different so asking how your body responds is tough to answer. Acutally you should be eliminating once per day, once every two days max. If not that frequent then you need more fiber. If more frequent, less fiber.

What isn't digested, plus bacteria that normally live in your bowels, plus what waste the bacteria produce. This includes proteins, carbs and fats because you don't digest 100% of them. The amount you digest depends on the amount you eat just as you noted because in really lean times your body will fight to get every last calorie it can, however if you are eating a lot more than you need it will throw away a lot more.
