About eating

Ok, sometimes I just dont feel like eating either do to laziness, or else I just dont feel all that hungry. I will wait until I am extremely hungry to eat. Which in turns causes me to sometimes not prepare anything but to just go get some food generally which is bad for me. To fix this I know I need to start eating on a regular schedule. But with doing so do I just force myself to eat when I am not hungry? Seriously 5-6 times a day is way too much for me even if it is in small quanities.

You don't have to eat 5 or 6 times a day, or force yourself to eat "on schedule" if you're not hungry. But on the other hand, you shouldn't let yourself get so hungry that you end up eating junk.

You don't even have to thaw them first. I take my homemade frozen meals straight from the freezer to the microwave. In 5 mintues, an excellent meal is ready!

Along with Liftgirl's idea, I stick fruit in the freezer. The length of time it takes to chew on, suck, and eat frozen pieces of fruit,....you end up eating less, it feels like you're eating a popsicle or some other frozen treat,...When the moment strikes, nuke a frozen pre-prepared healthy meal or if you're feeling low and need a pick me up, try a few chunks of frozen fruit.
