Alli - aka Xencial

Is anyone going to try Alli? Just wondering if it'll be worth the chance of crapping your pants.

Sorry about that! "Alli" is a synthetic derivative of lipostatin, a naturally occurring lipase inhibitor ("fat blocker"). It can block the absorption of up to 30% of the fat in each meal. Sounds good, but there's a catch... You HAVE to eat less than 15g fat per meal or you'll experience treatment effects: uncontrollable stools being one.

So, although "Alli" may decrease the amount of fat you can digest, I think the key lesson here is: If you take it, you'd BETTER maintain a healthy amount of fat intake, or you'll suffer the consequences. A double edged sword if you will.

Maybe that's why it works

Seriously, though, I wouldn't touch the stuff with a 10-foot pole.

if you watch your diet carefully enough you dont need any fat burner fat blocker or any of that crap.
