Natural almond butter is an excellent source as is natural peanut butter. Peanuts...almonds...very good. Just make it natural.

Where we live you can get almond butter in just about any store - neare the peanut butter.

Almond butter tastes great. Plus almonds have many positive properties - lot's of Vitamin E - also great for folks who suffer from depression
