almost there...


Iwm trying to reach agoal weight of mine and then start cutting...I have just a few more lbs......I belive in a month or two but I just want to know what kind of foods should I eat?...what kind's shouldn't how much protien intake
how can I do it without losing that much weight.....
Im 5 9' 170 (goal 175..) 17% bf ......I eat 4-5 meals a day.....2300-2500 cals per day... please respond..

there's no need to put "please respond" - someone always will, whether you want them to or not.

since i'm 5'2" and can lose weight on 2000 - 2100 calories, i don't think your calories are near adequate for bulking. increase your protein another 100 grams.

I put on weight I'v gaind in the last 6-7 weeks 9lbs with my diet.....with 180 grams of protien a day........in a month or two I want to start cutting.....so if you can help me with that....

are you SURE you're only getting 2500 calories a day?? to have gained 9lbs in 7 weeks would mean you were eating 643 calories over maintenance and there's no way maintenance for someone five-seven who exercises is 1657 to 1957 a day.

regardless, to cut, your best results would be from a timed carb diet. that's where you pile your carbs up before and after your workouts and cut them back sharply on days you don't work out. ratio should be in the area of 40% protein and fat, 20% carbs. greenies (salad veggies, green beans, broccoli, etc), you can eat all you want.

ok so I'll need to cut on my carbs........and I guess to eat only complex.,..
thanks.....

but I workout 6days a week 3 weight 3-4 cardio....should I eat carbs at cardio days???

and I think that I eat 2500....may be more...I try to count it more or less...
