It seems I have an appetite problem in that im always hungry!!! Is there anyway how I can control this?? Maybe a certain type of food will make me 'full up' for longer??

Green veggies, load up on them. And fiber as cursor mentioned. Make sure you are drinking enough water too. Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger. Try chugging 12 oz. of water the next time you get "hungry". It may do the trick.
Are you young? I'm 18 and I get hungry like every 1-2 hrs too, probably because my metabolism is still on fire. I just have some more water and a piece of fruit or a 1/4 whole wheat pita bread and it'll usually keep me satisfied until my next meal.
