Am I eating enough

I'm wonder if i'm eating enough? My main reason for this is i lost 1kg in a few days (i know sacles aren't accurate, but it made we wonder). My goal is fat loss and msucle gain. I had really good muscle gain but that seems to stopped and i think i've lost some muscle. However the prgramme i'm has helped me to lose 10kg and loads of people have commented on how much slimmer i look

Stats:
Age: 16
Height: 5'9
Weight: 82kg/ 180Lbs
Bodyfat: Sorry i don't know this

Workout:
Monday: Legs/shoulders
Tuesday: Cardio 20min intense run (looking at changing this to HIIT on both days)
Wednesday: Chest/Triceps
Thursday: Cardio 20min intense run
Friday: Off
Saturday/Sunday: Back/biceps/abs

On weights day i do each exercise with 3x8 apart from abs which is 3x20.

Diet:
wake up 30min walk
Breakfast: 3 egg scrambled egg on dry brown bread (P=27g/C=30g F=12g)
Meal two: Ham and cheese (P=18g/C=30g/F=13g) sandwich or tuna sandwich (P=20g/C=30g/F=7g)
Meal three: tuna sandwich or ham and cheese sandwich
Work out
Meal four: 200gs of cottage cheese (P=23g/C=7g/F=3g)
Meal five: pastas/chicken/veggies/- seems bland but i can't really remeber anything else (I don't know the break down here)

I can't think of anything else.

Cheers
Ed
