psst . . . they are usually one in the same. fe·ta = a white moderately hard and crumbly Greek cheese made from sheep's or goat's milk and cured in brine. Some varieties are wild or gamey tasting to me.

Around here you get a lot of Canadian cow's milk feta because the goat and sheep ones are really expensive (but better tasting IMO).

I always ask because I would rather pass up the cow one.

oh wow I just usually dont include cheese in my diet when I'm trying to loose fat. This is good news to me!

Yes...so many people who know very little about nutrition that choose vegetarianism still eat the highly processed crackers and chips etc. Often they do not choose vegetarianism and finess at the same time and both (one would think) would LEAD them into learning more about diet.
I couldn't tell you how many overweight vegetarians I've met who are overweight due to the poor quality food choices that they've made...but to them, as long as they were within the realm of vegetarianism then the food choices were ok.
