Article regarding Gas

Alot of people on this board have asked about gas problems. Most (If not all) of us have gone through it at one time or another.

I found this article which gives some interesting info regarding gas, especially in the area of protein consumption.

Enjoy =)

So happy to have found this thread. I've been incessantly gaseous lately and, while I reek to high heaven, it's a comfort to know there are others walking around in a fog, too. Brothers and Sisters of Flatulence, UNITE!

I've been really stressed lately, not getting enough sleep. While reading that entire article, I don't think I've ever broke wind as much as I did just then. Good article. Helped me relieve some pressure...

That's not what my wife thinks. Try to have a nice, romantic conversation with the poor woman and --- phrrrrrrp. Let's just say it's not helping my love life.

The great thing is when you go at the gym. I'll be straining to get a lift up on the bench press for example, and I have to grunt LOUDLY so as to disguise the sound of my emissions. I think I need the human equivalent of a smog test.
