Article: Top Feel-Great Foods
Thought this article was a good one. Not to mention I have eaten at least 10 of these 12 foods in the past 24 hours!

Add a big, greasy 1/2 lb. hamburger to my list of feel-good foods.

Guess I'm not gonna feel good - I would only eat:
Whole Grain
Nuts
Grape Juice
And maybe some
dark chocolate
on special occasions.

I'd feel like crap if I ate a big greasy burger. I'm a big turkey burger fan. Even at Ruby Tuesday I order a turkey burger. Yum!
