Well, I'm nearing the 2 week mark of my first ever bulk. So far, I've been taking about 3000 calories a day. Extemely clean, since I have that "just started" motivation still kicking. I know I need to find my own personal cut/maintenance/bulk calorie range. I wanted to know, on average, when you are bulking, how many pounds do you put on a week? I'm not sure what is reasonable to be aiming for or what would dictate an increase or decrease in caloric intake.
